About Us

We provide online 360 Degree leadership assessments that can be fully customized to conform to specific transformational behaviors, as well as standard 360s that focus on leadership and business skills, and/or emotional intelligence skills.

  • Reports: In addition to the raw data report that includes verbatim comments, supplemental reports focus on self-awareness, variances by rater level, senior rater attunement, priority improvement behaviors, and, for common groups or teams, a benchmark variance report. 
  • Progress Reviews: All of our assessments have a built-in accountability mechanism to enable up to 7 behaviors or factors to be re-measured in 3-6 month intervals.  Reliability is assured by limiting participants in the Progress Review to those who submitted ratings in the original baseline assessment.  The ratings of those who choose not to participate in the review are removed from the baseline average to ensure apples to apples comparisons.

The line graph below illustrates the average increase in perceived effectiveness on five behaviors made by the management team of a client company over six and 12 month periods.
