ManagementCentral provides the model, tools, consulting support and network, and in return expands its assessment business without adding fixed overhead.  MCNet partners receive the capability needed to compete with large consulting firms, commission income on assessments, and potential business referrals, in return for an annual Network Partner fee for ongoing consulting support and network access.

Specialty Practice Areas:

While our specialty is in the development of high impact teams, and the principles are the same for all teams regardless of level, industry or function, it is helpful to understand the typical issues that certain functions and industries have in common. 

Our current practice includes in-depth experience with senior sales, marketing, relationship management, technology, and multi-functional teams, in the pharmaceutical, publishing, industrial/manufacturing, consumer products, consulting, investment management and executive search industries, most with global and cross-cultural issues, and in mature as well as “adolescent” developmental stages. 

We are interested in expanding our practice areas in the health care and bio-tech industries in both mature and high-growth developmental stages, and in partnering with venture capital firms who recognize the importance of high-functioning management teams.
